About OKOTA

OKOTA is a wedding design company specializing is all the aesthetic aspects of a wedding day. This includes photography, floral design, dessert bar design, invitation design, Go Pro videography, and day of coordination.

About The Role

OKOTA, LLC is looking to hire a by-contract employee to manage various administrative tasks at OKOTA’s Covington, KY studio. This is approximately a 5-20 hour per week commitment. Exact days and hours negotiable.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize client management software, google calendars, and office resources to organize current and perspective OKOTA clients

  • Administrative tasks such as filing, and keep documents up to date

  • Assembling invitation suites, and client folders

  • Maintaining OKOTA’s studio space at all times

  • Setting up and overseeing meetings in OKOTA’s space

  • Running office errands

  • Assist Abbie with every day tasks

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Understanding of Honeybook or Dubsado is a major plus

  • Understanding of Squarespace is a plus

  • Graphic design or photography experience is a major plus

  • A reliable means of transportation and communication

  • The ability to think outside the box, problem solve, and brainstorm conceptual ideas

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly

  • Ability to meet deadlines and stay on task

  • Flexibility with work schedule is a plus

Compensation

Compensation for this position is $10/hr.
