THE OKOTA FLORAL DESIGN EXPEREIENCE

Step 1

First, be sure to fill out the contact form so that I can confirm we have availability for your date! I’ll get right back to you, and we can set up a time to chat in more detail! Hopefully you can come into my studio and look through our floral design work so that I can walk you through all the floral pieces you may need, and ideas for what we could do for you, your venue, and your budget specifically!

Intro & Let’s Chat

Step 2

You’ll get a proposal I’ve put together especially for you. Complete with inspiration photos, notes of things you liked when we first met, details and pricing. If you look at that and want revisions, we can do that! If you take a look and think “This girl gets me!” Then we’re all set for sending over the contract and taking care of the retainer. You’re officially on my books!

Step 3

One month out is when I’ll be finalizing our flower order with our farms, suppliers and wholesalers so if you have any revisions to your overall we’ll go over those, and make sure we’re all set for your big day!

Check In & Design

Step 4

Then our team takes care of the sourcing, flower processing, and assembly so that your flowers are not only excellent quality and ready for a long day of looking beautiful for you, but also create the most beautiful atmosphere and photo compliments you could have ever dreamed of. We’ll get them set up by whatever time you need, and delivered to your getting ready location ready for photos to start! On site-assembly required like building arbor installations or hanging floral chandeliers? We’ve got that too! Lifts, ladders, tools, delivery trucks etc. are all covered in our delivery. You just have to be ready to have your wedding day dreams totally exceeded <3
